14k Gold Diamond Infinity or Lucky 8 Pendant

This is a sinuous infinity or lucky 8 pendant. Crafted in 14 karat yellow gold, the lines of the infinity gracefully crosses over and intertwines creating a beautiful form. In the centre is a 3.5 mm round cut diamond that is flanked by 8 more bead set diamonds that measure 2.5mm each. The diamonds have excellent colour G/H and are SL1 in clarity. There is approximately .65 of a carat of diamonds.

Whatever your interpretation of the symbol, this pendant is bound to add sparkle to your day. It weighs 3.5 grammes and has a substantial bail measuring 8mm x 5.5mm. The whole piece, including the bail, measures 1 1/4″ x 1/2″.

The number 8 is considered the luckiest number in China and they believe the more 8’s the better. The Cantonese word for eight, which is pronounced “ba”, sounds similar to the word which means “prosper” or “wealth”.

The infinity symbol signifies the concept of limitlessness, never ending or eternity. In jewellery this form is used to represent eternal love or a spiritual connection to the cosmos.
