A circa 1970 Pierre Cardin long-sleeved tomato red wool dress with channel stitched design motif. The A-line overdress features an eight-inch center front slit just above the hem, decorative frontal faux slat pockets and channel stitching at the neckline, hem, cuffs, center front bodice and pockets. The back is constructed from a curved over panel with channel stitched trim and fastens above the center waist with a channel stitched bow. The layer that peaks out beneath is created vis-avis a 5.5″ wool band attached to the dress lining. Fully lined except at the sleeves. In good to very good condition – see condition description. There is no size tag so please consult measurements but my guess is this would fit a size 4 who is small on top. Label: Pierre Cardin Boutique Paris.
