Vintage Design
In line with Arne Jacobsen’s Ant chair, this children’s piece was used in a school and was developed by Pagholz Flötotto in the 1960s to 1970s using their own material, Pagwood. The design is streamlined and uncluttered, with the Pagwood used across the seat shell. The base of the chair is made from bent metal and chrome, shaped into an S, and sitting on anti-slip pads. Pagwood is a material made of wood and glue, allowing for an ergonomic and lightweight seat to be crafted, as well as being easily stackable.
