Vintage German Space Age Brass Ceiling Lamp by Motoko Ishii for Staff, 1970s

Imposing mid century ceiling or wall light from staff according to a design by the japanese designer motoko ishii. Here in a rare version in brass with gold -colored mirrored ball.

this lamp can be mounted on the ceiling or wall. Individually, as a cluster or in row. A special element is the screwable glass ball, which protects the lamp and optically enlarges it. The actually small e14 lamp gets the appearance of a globe lamp. The transparent volume gives the whole design a certain lightness.
the lamp is in very good condition with signs of wear and patina. This piece has an attribution mark,
