A beautiful “Safari” lounge chair designed by Kaare Klint, manufactured by Rud Rasmussen in Denmark around 1950. This eye-catching chair has a wonderful oak wooden frame in a nice, natural brown colour. The seat and back are made of high quality, brown leather and the leather sling armrests are nicely are hanging in the frame. Together with the beautiful leather belt connections this gives the piece it’s appealing, safari like style! The backrest is adjustable in angle for maximum seating comfort. This inviting piece will add a sense of luxury and modernism to the decor. It will definitely draw the attention of any design enthusiast! The piece is labeled, as shown in photos. It remains in very good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
