Vintage Design
The Italian mid-century rosewood wall unit designed by Georges Coslin and manufactured by 3V Arredamenti Padova, is a striking example of post-war European furniture design.
The unit was made most likely at the end of the 1950s, or 1960s ( based on the similar units we have had before ) It is characterized by its elegant use of rich grain rosewood and showcases the luxurious and sophisticated aesthetic typical of mid-century modernism. Georges Coslin, known for his refined and functional designs, collaborated with 3V Arredamenti in Padova to create a piece that combines practical storage solutions with stylish form. One of the unit’s standout features is its versatile sliding cabinet doors. These doors can be flipped to reveal either a rosewood or white laminated side, or one white, one rosewood. It is up to you! It allows for a customizable aesthetic to match different interior decors. The unit also features elegantly rounded handles that add a subtle touch of sophistication while ensuring ease of use.
The wall unit consists of:
– a desk: H: 12 / W: 90 / D: 42 cm (drawers height: 6 cm)
– a cabinet: H: 48 / W: 90 / D: 30 cm
– a drop-front door cabinet: H: 48 / W: 90 / D: 30 (depth when fully opened: 75 cm, drawer height: 2 cm)
– 2 shelves: W: 90 / D: 20 cm
– back panels
