Extending Dining Table & Chairs by Victor Wilkins for G Plan, Set of 7

: This delightful dining table and chairs were designed by Victor Wilkins and produced by British furniture manufacturing company G-Plan in the mid-twentieth century. G Plan – E. Gomme Ltd was based in High Wycombe, England, a major centre of British furniture manufacturing. The company was revered for its range of high-quality sideboards, tables, and other cabinet goods and for pioneering the concept of furniture sets designed and made to match. This model is extremely popular due to the fact that it can be extended to seat 8-10 people, the table extends by simply pulling out the extension slide to each end then inserting the extension leaves that are cleverly stored away underneath the table. The piece has a beautiful teak grain, warm tones, and rich colors throughout. We have carefully stripped this set and refinished it with a coat of matt lacquer for a durable and lasting finish.
